自1987年建厂以来，经过在生产加工汽摩配领域数十年的耕耘，现已成为一定规模的研发、生产、加工、配套为一体，具有综合性的生产企业。公司固定资产1.1亿，占地面积28000多平方米。投资新建的漩门二期工业城占地面积36000平方米，预计2007年底开始筹建，2006年度产值8000万元，预计2007年度突破1.2亿，拥有员工近600人，其中管理人员80名、高级工程师8名、技术人员60名。主要生产车间有：锻压车间、冷镦车间、热处理车间、金工车间、磨床车间、滚丝车间、高频车间。
